Shipping policy

Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Express Shipping (if selected): 1–2 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Address
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Incorrect or Unsuccessful Deliveries

We kindly ask all customers to double-check their delivery address before completing checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend delivery details.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel from the delivery office, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the following terms apply:

Postage Fees: Orders that originally qualified for free shipping (e.g. over £50) will have the actual postage cost deducted from the refund, as the free delivery promotion applies only to successfully completed deliveries.

Re-shipping: We are happy to resend the parcel once it has been returned, but the customer will be responsible for covering the new postage cost.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued once the returned parcel is received and inspected, minus any postage and handling fees incurred.

Non-returned Parcels: If the parcel is not returned to us (for example, due to incorrect address or refusal at delivery), we cannot issue a refund.

We aim to ensure a smooth delivery process and appreciate your understanding that delivery issues caused by inaccurate details or missed collections fall outside our control.
