FAQs
How long will shipping take?
We usually dispatch orders within 1 working day (Monday to Friday).
If you place your order before 4 PM, we’ll ship it the same day — unless there’s a rare network delay with Royal Mail.
On Saturdays, we post orders placed before 11 AM, as collections stop after that time.
Please note: Special Delivery applies to working days only.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away.
You’ll then get another email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
You can also track your parcel easily using the Shop App by Shopify for real-time updates.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible.
If we receive your message before your order is dispatched, we’ll happily update your shipping details.
Unfortunately, once your parcel has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
